The Cooperative Program

The Cooperative Program is the funding process Southern Baptists have used since 1925 to support missions and evangelism. Through the Cooperative Program, the mission of one church is extended to ministries that reach the lost, hungry, hurting, sick and displaced. In addition, the Cooperative Program is how we support more than 10,500 missionaries around the globe. Twice each year, the Cooperative Program is highlighted: In the spring, Cooperative Program Day is held in April; in the fall, October is designated Cooperative Program Month. We are blessed at ABC that we have been a part of this worldwide ministry for many years.
